tka Terms and Conditions
General Terms and Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the tka platform and all services connected to it. By using the tka website or app, the user voluntarily agrees to these Terms. If the Terms are not accepted, the user loses the right to use the site.
These Terms are written in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and apply to individuals aged 21 or above who reside in Bangladesh. Any person who is ineligible to use this service due to their location or applicable law may not use this platform.

Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account on tka, the user must be at least 21 years old. Accurate name, date of birth, mobile number, and other required details must be provided during registration. Accounts registered with incorrect or false information may be closed at any time, and the balance of such accounts may be forfeited.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each person may hold only one account on tka. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be deactivated and the balances of those accounts may be cancelled.
2.3 Account Security
It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. Sharing an account with anyone else or using it on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited. If unauthorised access is suspected, tka's support team must be notified immediately.

Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment
3.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on tka is ৳200. All deposits can be made through local mobile banking methods in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits may only be made from a mobile banking number registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits made using someone else's number may be cancelled.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking number used during account registration. Withdrawals generally take between 10 and 45 minutes to process. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
3.3 Transaction Integrity
If any fraudulent transaction, money laundering, or illegal activity is suspected, tka reserves the right to suspend the account and hold the associated funds at any time. Relevant authorities may be notified in such cases.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
The tka welcome bonus is a 120% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, the applicable offer must be active at the time of the first deposit. To withdraw winnings from the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200 — to withdraw, ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered.
4.2 Bonus Usage Terms
Bonuses may only be used for placing bets on the tka platform. Bonuses cannot be converted to cash and transferring them to another account is strictly prohibited. tka reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any promotional offer.
4.3 VIP Program
The tka VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 1.0%, and Gold members up to 1.5%. Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week. Progression to a higher tier depends on the user's overall activity on the platform.
4.4 Bonus Fraud
Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits, using robots or automated systems, or abusing the bonus system through any method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed.
Gaming Rules
5.1 Betting Rules
The outcome of any bet placed on tka is recorded on the platform's servers, and that record will be considered final. If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue, tka reserves the right to void or settle that bet in accordance with its set policy.
5.2 Game Fairness
All casino games on tka are operated by internationally recognised software providers. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and not predetermined. It is not possible to control outcomes in favour of or against any player.
5.3 Sports Betting
For sports betting, bets are settled after the official result is announced. If a match is cancelled or postponed, a decision on that bet will be made in accordance with the applicable policy. For live betting, odds may change while the game is in progress — a bet will only be accepted once the odds are confirmed.
Responsible Gaming and Limits

8.2 Closure by the User
Any user may request the closure of their account at any time. Any pending withdrawals or bonus bets will be resolved before the account is closed.
Technical Issues and Disclaimer
tka always works to keep its service running without interruption. However, tka is not liable for temporary disruptions caused by hardware faults, internet disconnections, third-party software failures, or other unavoidable reasons.
If a game or bet outcome is abnormal due to a technical fault, tka reserves the right to review that transaction and take appropriate action. Users will be informed transparently in such cases.
